Woodlands began its life in 1972 as one of the earliest established vineyards in West Australia’s Margaret River region, and for many years provided grapes that made up portions of legendary wines like the Thomas Hardy Cabernet.

In recent times, Woodlands has seen a major resurgence as sons Stuart and Andrew Watson have taken over the running of the business. Since 2001 Woodlands has refined its portfolio and has been producing some of the most outstanding wines to come out of the region, a fact that has been recognise through numerous wine show awards and glowing critical acclaim.

Woodlands have a loyal following in Australia and sell most of their wine domestically. Dodd and Haskell Fine Wine Export are the exclusive agents for Woodlands in Sth Africa, Russia and the Ukraine.
